Apple muffins with chocolate chips: fluffy and absolutely delicious!

INGREDIENTS
160g (1 ½ cups) flour
100g (½ cup) sugar
9g (1 ½ tsp) baking powder
1g (¼ tsp) salt
125ml (½ cup) milk
60g (¼ cup) butter
1 egg
5ml (1 tsp) vanilla extract
1 apple
Chocolate chips

METHOD
1. Use baking paper to make muffin baskets as in the video.
2. In a mixing bowl, sift the flour, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, mix the egg and sugar.
3. Add melted butter, milk, and vanilla. Mix well. Pour the resulting mixture into a bowl with dry ingredients, add chopped apples and mix well.
4. Pour the mixture into muffin tins and sprinkle them with chocolate chips.
5. Bake at 180°C/360°F for 25 minutes. Serve.
