Walnuts and jam cookies: how to get delicious sweets in just a few steps!

INGREDIENTS
walnuts
water
1 tsp cinnamon
For the dough:
80g (3/5 cup) powdered sugar
420g (3 3/8 cups) flour
200g butter at room temperature
8g baking powder
1 tbsp of yogurt
1 tbsp lemon flavor or lemon zest
Apricot jam
METHOD
1. Cook the walnuts in the water for about 10 minutes. Set them aside.
2. In a bowl mix the butter with the powdered sugar using the mixer. Incorporate the yogurt, lemon zest, flour, and baking powder. Knead with your hands to obtain a compact dough.
3. Combine the cooked and crumbled walnuts with the ground cinnamon.
4. Divide the dough into 3 parts. Roll out each part with a rolling pin and make a circle using the lid. Cut each circle into 8 triangles.
5. Spread the apricot jam on the triangles and pour the nut filling on the base. Roll each section to make cookies.
6. Bake them in the oven at 180ยฐ for 30 minutes.
7. Dust the biscuits with powdered sugar before serving.
