Mushroom sauce rolls: the creamy dish to prepare for a special dinner!

INGREDIENTS
Extra virgin olive oil
1 clove of garlic
400g of mushrooms
Salt
Pepper
Parsley
300g of veal
100g of speck
Smoked cheese
Vegetable broth
METHOD
1. Pour the extra virgin olive oil into a pan and add the clove of garlic. Add the previously cleaned and washed mushrooms. Add salt, and parsley and cook for 15 minutes over medium heat. when the mushrooms are ready, remove the garlic.
2. Place the veal slices on the cutting board, add the speck slices on top and the smoked cheese, and roll them up. Pass the rolls to the flour to cover them.
3. Transfer the rolls to the pan with mushrooms and when they start to brown, pour in the vegetable broth. Cook for a few minutes turning the rolls often in order to have a homogeneous cooking.
4. When they are ready remove the rolls from the pan and pour sauce over and serve.
