Yogurt cake with berries: the recipe for a simple and delicious dessert

Ingredients:
- For the cake:
500 g of greek yoghurt
2 large eggs
120 g of sugar
40 g of cornstarch
Lemon zest
- For the jam:
300 g of berries
1 little pieces of ginger
1/4 tsp of cinnamon powder
2 cloves
Sweetener or liquid Stevia
Directions:
1. In a bowl mix eggs and sugar with electrical whisks until you get a foamy batter.
2. Add in yoghurt and lemon zest. Mix again.
3. Lastly, add cornstarch and salt.
4. Pour the batter in a round cake pan.
5. Bake at 180 degrees for 35/40 minutes.
6. Once it's done, let it cool in the fridge for 4/5 hours.
7. In a sauce pan heat the berries with the ginger.
8. Add in the spices and sweetener too.
9. Use this berries mix to garnish the cake.
10. Decorate with some whole berry.
