Pancake rolls: super easy and delicious

INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
100g (1/2 cup) of sugar
10g (3/4 tbsp) of vanilla sugar
80ml (1/4 cup) of vegetable oil
400ml (1 3/4 cups) of milk
200g (1 1/2 cups) of flour
4g of baking powder
Hazelnut cream
Powdered sugar

METHOD
1. In a bowl add the eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar and whisk until the sugar dissolves and the eggs are fluffy.
2. Add the oil, and milk, sift the flour and baking powder, and whisk until all is well combined and the mixture is no lumps.
3. Take the butter with a ladle and pour it on the grill pan. Let it cook for a few minutes then turn it over to cook on another side.
4. Spread the hazelnut cream on the pancakes and roll them out. Decorate with powdered sugar and serve.
