Fried stuffed potatoes: the recipe for a tasty and savory side dish

Ingredients:
700 g of potatoes
90 g of shredded parmesan cheese
30 g of cornstarch
Chopped pistachios
1 egg
Salt and pepper
Bologna
Shredded mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
Bread crumbs
Directions:
1. Peel and cut the potatoes then boil them.
2. Crush the potatoes and mix with the eggs, shredded parmesan cheese, corn starch, parsley and salt.
3. Blend well and let rest in the fridge for 10 minutes.
4. Fill with bologna, chopped pistachios and make some balls.
5. Spread them with egg and bread crumbs.
6. Fry them in hot oil.
