Apple pastries: the perfect recipe for your breakfast

Ingredients:
2 or 3 apples
1 tbsp of lemon juice
2 tbsp of water
1 tsp of vanilla sugar
3 tbsp of granulated sugar
1 puff pastry roll
Directions:
1. Peal and cut the apples in pieces.
2. Put them in a saucepan with lemon juice and sugar.
3. Add in water and cook at medium setting.
4. Cover and let cook for 15 minutes.
5. Crush the cooked apples to make a cream.
6. Continue cooking at the lowest setting until it thickens.
7. Let the apple mousse cool.
8. Make some circles out of the puff pastry.
9. Fill them with apple mousse then close them by folding them in half.
10. With a knife make some cuts on the pastries to make a leaf shape.
11. Bake at 190 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
