Chocolate layered cake: the recipe for a sweet and beautiful dessert

Ingredients:
- For the batter
200 g of butter
250 g of sugar
200 g of eggs
100 g of milk
150 g of flour
100 g of unsweetened cocoa powder
12 g of baking powder
5 g of baking soda
- For the filling:
500 g of hazelnut cream
750 g of mascarpone cheese
Directions:
1. In a bowl mix eggs and sugar until they're completely blended.
2. Add in the eggs with milk a little bit at a time.
3. Now sift and add the powders: flour, cocoa, baking powder and baking soda.
4. Blend all the ingredients until you get a smooth batter.
5. Pour the batter in a cake pan (24 cm diameter) and level.
6. Bake at 170 degrees for 40 minutes.
7. Refine the cake by cutting off the surface and then divide it into two equal parts.
8. In a bowl make the filling with mascarpone cheese and hazelnut cream.
9. Assemble the dessert alternating layers of cake with layers of cream (use a sac-à-poche to be more precise).
