Milopitakia: the delicious phyllo dough treat that everyone will love!

INGREDIENTS
100g (3/4 cup) of raisins
2 apples
Lemon (juice)
100g (1/2 cup) of butter
40g (1/4 cup) of light brown sugar
100g of walnuts
12 sheets of phyllo dough
Butter for brushing
Powdered sugar
METHOD
1. In a small bowl add the raisins and pour the water over them. Set aside.
2. Cut the apples into small chunks and transfer them to the bowl. Add the lemon juice and mix.
3. In a pan add the butter and let it melt. Pour the apples with lemon and add the sugar. Mix until the apples are soft and caramelized.
4. Transfer the apples to the bowl, add the raisins and walnuts and mix all together well.
5. Arrange the phyllo dough on a cutting board and brush it with butter. On one side, add the prepared apples and roll them up.
6. Transfer them to the baking tray covered with parchment paper and brush with butter. Transfer to the oven and bake at 180°C/360°F for 15 minutes.
7. Decorate them with powdered sugar and serve.
