Baked cheesecake: the recipe for a warm and delicious dessert

Ingredients:
- For the base:
80 g of flour
30 g of cocoa powder
90 g of sugar
Half a teaspoon of vanilla baking powder
2 eggs
120 g of melted butter
- For the filling:
500 g of cream cheese
200 g of ricotta cheese
160 ml of whipping cream
3 eggs
120 g of sugar
1 teaspoon of cornstarch
Vanillin
- For decoration:
200 g of dark chocolate
150 g of whipping cream
Directions:
1. Make the cheesecake base with flour, sugar, baking powder and cocoa powder mixing powder.
2. Add in the butter and the eggs.
3. When the ingredients are well blended, pour this mix in a cake pan covered in baking paper and level.
4. Bake at 170 degrees for 20 minutes.
5. For the filling mix cream cheese, ricotta, sugar, cornstarch and vanillin.
6. Mix using electric whisks and add the eggs one at a time.
7. Add in the whipping cream and continue mixing.
8. Pour the batter on the base you made before.
9. Bake again at 170 degrees for 50-60 minutes; after that leave the cake in the oven for another 30 minutes.
10. Now make the icing melting chocolate into warm cream and use it to decorate the cake.
