Carrot and chocolate sponge cake: the recipe for a sweet and easy dessert

Ingredients:
130 g of seed oil
300 g of carrots
3 eggs
200 g of sugar
Orange flavoring or half an orange zest
250 g of flour
1 packet of baking powder
Cold chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Blend carrots and oil.
2. Mix eggs and sugar, carrots, flavoring, flour and baking powder.
3. Pour the batter into a cake pan and add the chocolate chips.
4. Bake at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
