Savory stuffed appetizers: how to make them fluffy at home

Ingredients:
For the dough:
200 ml of warm water
160 ml of warm milk
20g of brewer's yeast
Honey (1 small spoon)
1 egg (room temperature)
60 ml of seed oil
pinch of salt
540 g of flour (for all uses)
1 egg and a tablespoon of milk (to brush over the rolls after rising)
Sesame
Poppy seeds
Sunflower seeds
FIRST STUFF
2 avocados
olive oil 20g
parsley
garlic 1 clove
salt and pepper
juice of half a lemon
mozzarella cheese
cucumber
rocket salad
SECOND STUFF
100 g of chicken breast
salt, pepper, turmeric, curry, ginger
1 clove of garlic
natural yogurt 1 large spoon
finely chopped onion
salad
THIRD STUFF
Emmental cheese
small frankfurters
ketchup or Andalusian sauce (whichever you prefer)
FOURTH STUFF
Brie cheese
Rocket salad
Walnuts
Honey
Directions:
1. Dough: in a bowl, mix the water with the milk, brewer's yeast and honey.
2. Then add the oil, salt and flour.
3. Form a uniform dough and let it rise for 1 hour.
4. Then form the various aperitifs and let them rise for 20 minutes.
5. Brush with egg and milk and cover with seeds.
6. Bake at 170 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
7. Once cooked, stuff the sandwiches.
