Potato patties: a quick and delicious dish!

INGREDIENTS
10 potatoes
3 eggs
40g (1/3 cup) corn flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
100g mozzarella cheese, shredded

METHOD

Cook potatoes in salted boiling water.
Clean and mash it, and mix in eggs, corn flour, salt, and pepper.
Fill with mozzarella cheese and fry in hot oil until golden.
