Crispy onion rings: how to make them at home in a few minutes

They are so great and super easy to make!
INGREDIENTS

5 onions
For the batter:
250g all purpose flour
420ml beer
15g salt
7g paprika
For the mayo:
1 egg
200ml vegetable oil
10ml lemon juice or vinegar
4g salt
METHOD:
1. Whisk the flour with the beer and the salt.
2. Heat oil in a large saucepan to 170°C.
3. Dip onion rings into the batter until evenly coated and fry in hot oil.
For the mayo:
Place egg, lemon juice, vegetable oil and salt in a jar.
Place the head of the immersion blender at bottom of the jar and turn it on high speed. Do not pulse or move the head. As mayonnaise forms, slowly tilt and lift the head of the immersion blender until all oil is emulsified.
