Eggless maionnaise: the recipe to make it perfect and creamy

Wether it's for allergy reasons, or simply because you prefer a lighter condiment, it could happen you need to make an eggless maionnaise. This doesn't necessarily mean you have to give up on the taste of this creamy sauce perfect for meat, fish, sandwiches and so on.
Let's see how to make it.
Ingredients:
100 ml of milk
200 ml of seed oil
1 tsp of mustard
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients into a tall bowl.
2. Blend everything using a hand mixer.
3. Hold the blender still for the first two minutes, then when it becomes white move the the blender from bottom to top so that air comes in.
4. Continue like this until you get a creamy texture.
