Carrot gnocchi: delicious and simple to prepare!

INGREDIENTS
200g of carrot
20ml (1 1/4 tbsp) of water
Salt
130g (1 cup) of potato starch
10ml (1 1/2 tbsp) of soy sauce
2 cloves of minced garlic
3g (1 tsp) of sugar
3g (1/2 tbsp) of chili flakes
8g (1 tbsp) of peanut butter
Green onion
15ml (2 tbsp) of vegetable oil
30ml (4 tbsp) of noodle boiled water
METHOD
1. Cut the carrot into slices and transfer it to the small bowl. Cover with cling film and transfer to the microwave for 7 minutes.
2. Transfer the carrot to the bowl and mix it with the immersion blender. Add the salt and potato starch and mix all. When the dough starts to form knead it with your hands to obtain a smooth mixture.
3. Take the mixture with your hands and form small balls. Make a hole in the middle to shape it.
4. Transfer the carrot gnocchi to the pot with the boiling water and boil for 5 minutes. Remove them from the water.
5. In a bowl add the soy sauce, garlic, sugar, chili flakes, peanut butter, green onion, vegetable oil (hot), noodle boiled water and mix all together.
6. Add the carrot gnocchi to the bowl and mix all together well. Serve them on a plate.
