Sweet and sour onion: the delicious side dish ready in no time

Ingredients:
500 gr of red onion (chopped)
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp of brown sugar
Olive oil
60 gr balsamic vinegar
Directions:
Wash the onions well and cut them into thin slices.
Then put in a pot with oil and salt. Cook for at least 5 minutes and then add pepper and sugar. After 5/7 minutes, pour in the vinegar and cook until it dries, then serve.
