Calzones and mini fried pizza: the Italian recipe to try right now

Ingredients:
Calzoni:
750 gr boiled potatoes
750 gr flour
3 eggs
5 tablespoons of seed oil
1 cube of brewer's yeast

Bite-sized pizza:
500 gr boiled potatoes
500 gr flour
1 cube of brewer's yeast
4 tablespoons of seed oil
Salt to taste.
Water q.s.
Tomato and parmesan sauce for garnish
Directions:
Calzoni: in a bowl, mix potatoes, flour and eggs. Then crumble the yeast, add the oil and then the salt. Form a loaf and let it rest for 10 minutes. Then form and stuff the trousers. Let the calzones rise for 2 hours.
Pizzas: mix flour and potatoes. Then he adds the yeast, oil, salt and water. Mix until you have a homogeneous dough. Let it rise for 30 minutes, then form the pizzas. Let it sit for an hour.
