Tomato and mozzarella fritters: the best idea to enjoy your lunch

Ingredients for 25 sofficini:
500 ml of milk
1 pinch of salt
500 grams of flour 00
100 gr of butter
Ingredients for the filling:
200 gr of smoked cheese
150 gr of tomato sauce
Ingredients for the breading:
bread crumbs;
3 eggs;
00 flour q.b .;
Seed oil for frying
Directions:
Dough: pour the milk into a saucepan and then add the butter and salt. Bring to a boil and gradually add the flour. Knead the dough well and divide it into 18 parts. Roll out the discs and stuff with smoked cheese and tomato.
Pass them in the flour, eggs and breadcrumbs.
Fry in hot oil.
