Zucchini stuffed roll: the easy and fast meal

Ingredients:
5 eggs
500 gr courgettes
1 potato
60 gr grated parmesan
Salt and Pepper To Taste.
150 gr flaky cheese
150 gr cooked ham

Directions:
Beat the eggs with the Parmesan. Then grate the courgettes and the potato, add salt and pepper and mix well. Pour the mixture into a pan and bake at 356°F (180°) for 20 minutes.
Roll everything up and let cool.
Then stuffed with cheese and cooked and roll again. Refrigerate for an hour and then cut into slices.
