Baked chicken rolls: the tasty idea for the whole family!

Perfect for a tasty dinner!

INGREDIENTS:
• 600g chicken fillet
• 300g zucchini
• 1 onion
• 1 carrot
• 1 egg
• salt
• pepper
• soy sauce
• 3 tbsp oil
• Bechamel sauce
 
PREPARATION:
  1. Cut the fillets into slices.  Season with salt, pepper and soy sauce.
  2. Fry onions, carrots, zucchini in a pan. Pepper, salt. 
  3. Put the filling on the fillet and form a roll.  Put all the rolls in the mold.  Drizzle with egg.  Drizzle with béchamel sauce. 
  4. Bake for 35 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
