Zucchini crepes: the perfect savory dish for your dinner!

Quick, tasty and full of flavor!

INGREDIENTS:

• 3 zucchini

• 4 cloves garlic

• 3 tbsp sour cream

• 2 eggs

• salt

• pepper

• 110g / 0.9 cup flour (all purpose)

• 200g / 7oz ground-meat

• 1 onion

• salt

• pepper

• 120g / 4.2oz hard cheese

PREPARATION:

Grate zucchini on a fine grater, salt.
Fry onions in a frying pan. Add ground meat. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to readiness.
Remove juice from grated zucchini. Add chopped garlic, eggs, sour cream, salt, pepper, flour. Mix.
Put the zucchini dough in a preheated pan. Fry for 2 minutes. Put the ground meat on half of the pancake, sprinkle with cheese and fold in half. Fry on both sides.
