Pepitos filled with custard: so delicious that you will not be able to resist!

So creamy and delicious, the recipe to make them at home:
INGREDIENTS:
INGREDIENTS:
For pepito:
• 4.15 cups flour (all-purpose)
• 12g yeast
• 3oz water
• 4.7oz milk
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 50g butter
• 1 tsp vanilla
• salt
For confectionery cream:
• 4 egg yolks
• 16.9oz milk
• 2/3 cup sugar
• 1 tbsp vanilla
• 50g starch
METHOD:
- Mix all ingredients for the dough. Knead the dough. Let rise for 1 hour.
- Divide the dough into 12 parts. Form balls. Roll each ball into a small cake. Form the pepitos custard.
- Let rise for 30 minutes. Deep-fry. Dip in sugar.
- Prepare the custard.
- Cut the custard pepita and fill with cream.
