Ricotta cheese cutlets: a tasty recipe to enjoy your lunch or dinner

Ingredients:
250 gr of fresh ricotta
2 eggs
breadcrumbs to taste
Salt and Pepper To Taste.
30 gr of grated Parmesan
1 sprig of parsley
Directions:
Cut the ricotta into slices. Then beat the eggs and mix the breadcrumbs with salt, pepper, parmesan and parsley.
Pass the ricotta slices first in the eggs and then in the breadcrumbs.
Fry in hot oil.
