Curry meatballs: the juicy and so delicious meal

Ingredients:
Meatballs:
300 gr ground chicken
300 gr ground pork
1 slice of bread dipped in milk
1 egg
2 cloves of garlic
Chopped parsley
Salt and pepper
Sauce:
Olive oil
100 gr onion
30 gr peanuts
1 tablespoon curry
600 ml chicken broth
Directions:
Shred and wet the bread with the milk. Then in a bowl mix the bread with egg, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper. Form the meatballs.
In a saucepan, sauté oil, onion and peanuts. Then add the curry and broth. Blend everything and add the meatballs, cook for about an hour.
