Pear and almond dessert: a no bake recipe to try absolutely

Ingredients:
200 gr dry biscuits
400 gr pears
60 gr water
80 gr sugar
20 gr starch + 40 gr water
2 sachets of vanillin
40 g margarine
400 ml whipping cream
40 gr icing sugar
Almond grains
Directions:
Place the biscuits on the bottom of a baking tray.
Cut the pears into cubes. Pour 60 grams of water, sugar and pears into a saucepan. Cook 10 minutes and then add starch, water and a sachet of vanillin. Bake for another 5 minutes and pour over the biscuits. Let it cool completely. Whip the cream with the other sachet of vanillin and icing sugar.
Cover the pears and add the almond grains. Put in the freezer for 4 hours.
