Eggplant sticks: a side dish perfect for a family dinner!

Easy and super delicious, you must try this side dish!
INGREDIENTS
600g (3 cups) eggplant
2 eggs
200g (1.6 cups) of corn flour
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp (30g) yogurt
Frying oil
METHOD
- Wash and chop the eggplant. Bring to a boil in water to soften.
- Combine yogurt, eggs, flour and salt.
- Roll the eggplant sticks in the mixture and fry in heated oil.
