Pear and almond sponge cake: the so delicious dessert

Ingredients:
200 gr sugar
3 eggs
125 gr white yogurt
50 ml whole milk
100 gr extra virgin olive oil
250 gr “00” flour
1 sachet of vanilla yeast
1 pinch of salt
5 pears
50 gr almonds
50 gr dark chocolate
Directions:
Whip sugar and eggs until frothy.
Then add yogurt, milk and oil. Mix well and add flour, baking powder and salt (previously sieved).
Also add almonds, chocolate and pears to the mixture.
Pour the dough into a mold and add the slices of pears. Bake at 356°F (180°) degrees for 40-45 minutes.
