Lemon biscuits: the delicious recipe for your tasty break

Ingredients:
2 yolks
110 gr butter
120 gr sugar
300 gr 00 flour
Lemon juice
Zest of one lemon
1/2 sachet of baking powder
Icing sugar to taste
Preparation:
Mix the butter with the yolks, then add lemon juice and zest. Then add yeast, sugar and flour. Leave the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes. Form the biscuits and pass them in the icing sugar. Bake at 356°F (180°) for 12 minutes.
