Apple creamy pie: the recipe to prepare a mouthwatering dessert

Ingredients:
Shortcrust pastry:
500g flour
200 g icing sugar
250 g Butter
Zest of one lemon
2 cold fridge eggs
Custard:
500ml whole milk
whole zest of one lemon
45g corn starch
150g caster sugar
4 yolks
2/3 apples
Directions:
Shortcrust: mix first flour, lemon zest and butter. Then add sugar and eggs. Knead the dough and form a uniform dough.
Cream: heat the milk on the fire with a lemon zest. Then separately whip the egg yolks with the sugar and add the sifted starch.
Pour the milk and then thicken everything on the fire.
Slice the apples and place them in a bowl with sugar and lemon juice.
Roll out the pastry and pour in the cream, add the apples and cover with honey.
Bake at 356°F (180°) degrees for 30/35 minutes.
