Spinach stuffed balls: delicious way to enjoy veggies

Ingredients:
270 gr of fresh ricotta
300 gr of boiled and squeezed spinach
1 egg
20 gr of grated parmesan
100 gr of breadcrumbs + breadcrumbs to wrap them to taste
Salt and Pepper To Taste.
frying oil to taste
100 gr of mozzarella without water
Directions:
Mix the ricotta with the spinach, then add the egg, breadcrumbs and grated cheese. Finally add salt and pepper.
Form the meatballs by stuffing them and passing them in the breadcrumbs.
Fry in hot oil and serve.
