Chocolate stuffed pie: the incredible and tasty dessert

Ingredients:
Dough:
400 gr 00 flour
150 gr sugar
120 gr butter
2 eggs
1/2 sachet baking powder
Lemon peel
Filling:
250 gr fresh ricotta
2 spoons of sugar
1 tablespoon of hazelnut cream
Directions:
In a bowl mix flour, sugar and yeast. Then add the lemon zest, butter and eggs. Mix well until a sandy mixture is obtained.
Then mix the ricotta with sugar and hazelnut cream.
Mash one half of the mixture on the bottom of a buttered mold, then add the cream and cover with the remaining amount of dough.
Bake at 340°F (170°) for 30 minutes.
