Rolled pie with cherries: here are all the tips on how to make it perfect!

This is a favorite in our family! 

INGREDIENTS
200g (1 cup) of solid cherries
450g (3.5 cups) flour 00
90g (0.4 cup) brown sugar
7g (½ tbsp) baking powder
Grated rind of 1 lemon
220g (0.8 cup) of white Greek yogurt
150g (0.6 cup) of cold butter
Powdered sugar for sprinkling
 
METHOD
  1. Peel the cherries. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, lemon zest, yogurt, as well as butter, and then knead a fine dough.
  2. Roll out the dough, then cut strips 6 cm wide. Arrange the cherries in the middle of the strip, sprinkle them with sugar. Combine the dough and roll in a baking tray.
  3. Bake the pie at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes
