How to prepare a perfect cous cous with vegetables

Ingredients:
250gr of couscous
250ml of water
Oil to taste
Spices
Vegetables to taste stir-fried with oil (courgettes, aubergines, peppers)
Directions:
Boil the water and then pour them into the couscous. Add oil and mix. Then cover with plastic wrap. After 5 minutes, mix the couscous and add salt and vegetables. Stir and serve.
