Sausage and potato casserole: the recipe to make a very special meal

Ingredients:
1 kg potatoes
400 gr mozzarella
700 gr sausage
Butter
Parsley
1 glass of white wine
1 onion
Oil
Salt and pepper
Directions:
Boil the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Cut the onion and fry it in a pan with oil. Add the sausage and brown it, blend with the wine. Then add a little salt and a little pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes. At this point add the potatoes in a pan with the parsley, salt, pepper and mix. Add half of the mozzarella and put everything in a buttered pan. Add the remaining mozzarella and bake at 400°F (180°-200°) for about 15 minutes.
