Creamy stuffed zucchini: a side-dish for a quick and tasty meal!

Here's the secret to make the creamiest zucchini ever!
INGREDIENTS
3-4 zucchini
350g minced meat pork
350g minced meat chicken
80g cooked rice
1 chopped onion
parsley
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp paprika (sweet)
salt to taste
freshly ground pepper to taste
100-150g cheese Mozzarella
300g (1 1/3 cups) sour cream
1 tbsp tomato sauce
100g (1/2 cup) water
METHOD
- Cut zucchini in width.
- In a bowl mix meat with rice, onion,parsley, garlic, species. In a backing pan lay zucchini pieces with meat pieces one by one in length. Mix sour cream with tomato sauce and water and pour it onto the prepared dish. Sprinkle with mozzarella.
- Bake at 180 ‘ C ( 356’ F ) for 1.5 hours.
