Blackberry mini cheesecake: the creamy and delicious dessert

Ingredients:
Base:
100 gr butter
200 gr dry biscuits
Cream:
250 gr cream cheese
150 gr white yogurt
200 gr fresh cream
120 gr sugar
10 gr gelatine sheets
Zest of 1 lemon
1 vanilla flavored vial
250 gr more
Directions:
Blend the biscuits and mix them with the butter, then mash the bottom of the glasses and put in the fridge.
Mix the cream cheese with yogurt, cream and sugar.
Soak the jelly and then dissolve it with a couple of spoons of cream. Blend the blackberries and set them aside.
In the cream add lemon zest and vanilla flavor.
Divide the mixture in half and add the blackberries in one of the two.
Pour the blackberry cream on the base and put in the fridge. Then add the white cream and put it back in the fridge.
Decorate and serve.
