Crispy Breaded Chicken Cutlets: the secrets to make them perfect!

This recipe is a delicious way to enjoy chicken breasts! Chicken is breaded with a light panko bread crumb coating and pan-fried until crisp and juicy!

 INGREDIENTS
2 chicken fillet (500g)
2 garlic cloves (6g)
½ tsp salt, or more
¼ tsp black pepper, more or less
¼ tsp oregano
Edible Oil
70g (5 tbsp) tomato
30g (2 tbsp) sour cream
1 egg
100g (0.8 cup) flour
5g (1 tsp) baking powder
200g (4 cups) breadcrumbs
 
METHOD
  1. Make fringes 2 cm thick and 4 cm long on the edges of the chicken fillets.
  2. Prepare the marinade. Add tomato, chopped garlic, salt, pepper and oregano. Then add sour cream, egg, flour and baking powder.
  3. Roll the chicken in the marinade, then in the breadcrumbs and place the prepared chicken in the hot oil.
  4. Fry in oil until golden brown.
