Invisible apple cake: quick, easy, delicious and pretty!

This cake is perfect for everything from the brunch table, to the afternoon snack to dessert!

INGREDIENTS
70g (0.5 cup) flour
2 egg
50g (0.25 cup) sugar
100ml (0.41 cup) milk
25g (0.1 cup) butter
10g (2 tsp) baking powder
800g (4 cups) apples, unpeeled
Juice of half a lemon
10g (2 tsp) vanilla sugar
Mold 22 x 10 cm
 
35g (0.1 cup) unsalted butter
8g (2 tsp) granulated sugar
 
Icing sugar to decorate
 
METHOD
  1. Peel an apple and cut it into thin slices, then pour lemon juice over them and vanilla sugar.
  2. Combine eggs and sugar until you get a fine foamy mass, then add milk, softened butter, baking powder and powdered flour to the mixture. Add sliced ​​apples to the prepared mixture.
  3. Coat the mixture in the mold with pieces of 35 g of butter and sprinkle with 2 tsp of sugar.
  4. Bake at 180 degrees for 35 minutes and follow, maybe longer.
