This is a must-try for your breakfast!
INGREDIENTS

200ml /0.82 cup warm milk
10g brewer's yeast
40g /0.2 cup sugar
1 egg
400g /3.2 cups flour
50g /0.22 cup butter
1/2 tsp salt
200g jam
Milk
Powdered sugar

METHOD
- Pour sugar and yeast into milk. Add salt, egg, butter and flour. Knead the dough. Let rise for 2 hours. Divide the dough into 9 parts. Roll out the dough, put the jam in and form croissants. Let rise for 20 minutes. Lubricate with milk.
- Bake in oven for 20 minutes at 180 Β° C / 350 Β° F.
