Orange muffin: how to reuse the orange peels!

Just pour the batter into the orange peels for an amazing result!
INGREDIENTS

3 oranges
1 egg
60g (1/3 cup) sugar
50ml (1/4 cup) oil
100ml (1/2 cup) milk
130g (1 cup) cake mixture
20g (1/4 cup) cocoa powder
1 pinch Salt
1 tsp baking powder
60g (1/2 cup) chocolate chips
Icing sugar
METHOD
- Cut the orange into half
- In widths. Clean the pulp of the orange and transfer them to a baking tray.
- In a bowl mix together egg with sugar, oil, milk then sift in the cake mixture, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Fill orange cups with this mixture and sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake at 180’C ( 356’F) for 25 minutes.
