Pudding squares: a sweet treat to try!

With a crunchy base of biscuits, you'll fall in love with this idea! 

INGREDIENTS
300g ( 4 cups ) Cookies
125g (1/2 cup) Melted butter
2 tbsp Cocoa powder
250ml (1 cup) Milk
3 tbsp Flour
3 tbsp Cornstarch
200g (1 cup) Sugar
1,1l (5 cups) Milk
Butter
1 tsp Vanilla
1 pack Cream powder
100g (3/4 cup) Chocolate chips
4 tbsp Milk
Nuts for choice
 
METHOD
  1. In a bowl crush cookies by your hands, add in butter, cocoa powder and milk,mix it well and transfer to a pan.
  2. In another pan mix flour, cornstarch, sugar and milk, cook on a medium heat until sickness. Add in butter, vanilla and cream powder. Transfer to a cookie dough. Mix chocolate chips with hot milk and pour onto the cake.
  3. Refrigerate for an hour. Sprinkle with favourite nuts.
