Stuffed fluffy yogurt buns: the perfect idea for a quick and tasty dinner!

INGREDIENTS
For the filling:
250g (1 cup) Feta cheese
Chopped parsley
For the dough:
250ml (1 cup) Yogurt
250ml (1 cup) Warm water
250ml (1 cup) Oil
2 eggs
25g (2 tbsp) Sugar
5g (1 tsp) Salt
14g (1 tbsp) Dry yeast
700g (6 cups) Cake flour
Egg yolk
METHOD
- For the filling: In a bowl add feta cheese and chopped parsley. Mix and save for later.
- For the dough: In a bowl pour the water, yogurt, oil, egg whites, sugar, salt, yeast and mix. Add flour and knead it well. Leave it covered for 30 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 10 balls. Spread each ball and add the filling. Make a roll and put on the pan. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Coat it with egg yolks and bake at 180C for 20 minutes. Serve.
