Tips for Banana Ice Cream

For a Chocolate Nice Cream: Place the frozen bananas, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, and 2 tbsp almond milk in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth.

Add the 2 tbsp vegan choc chips. 2 tbsp banana chips and 1 tbsp salted peanuts and blend again until smooth.

Transfer to a glass and serve immediately.

For the Pistachio Nice Cream: Place the frozen bananas, 2 tbsp almond milk, and ¼ tsp almond extract in a high-speed blender.

Add 1 tsp pistachio powder and 1/3 cup chopped pistachios. Blend until smooth.

Add the berries and blend again until smooth. Transfer to a glass and serve immediately.

Notes

To get the perfect “creamy” nice cream, you need a powerful blender that will be able to blend these ingredients until smooth. Otherwise, you’ll be left with pieces of fruit, and it will be chunky instead of creamy.
