Creamy lemon chicken: It takes less than 30 minutes and just one pan!

INGREDIENTS
• 2 chicken breasts
• 4 cloves garlic
• Juice of one lemon
• olive oil
• 1 cup chicken broth
• parsley
• 1 tbsp flour
• 2 tbsp butter
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp black pepper
METHOD
- Chop the chicken breasts, then add salt, pepper and olive oil.
- Fry the breasts on both sides. Add ½ cup chicken broth, chopped garlic and lemon juice. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Remove the chicken from the pan, melt the butter and mix with flour.
- Pour in the remaining chicken stock and stir until the sauce thickens. Add chopped parsley and chicken back to the pan. Cook for 2 minutes.
