500g / 4 cups flour (all purpose)
300ml / 10.6oz water (warm)
8g yeast
2 tbsp olive oil
10g salt
Tomato sauce
Mozzarella
Parmesan
Oregano
Olive oil
4 cherry tomatoes
Oregano, basil

METHOD
- Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough. Let rise for 2 hours. Roll out the dough. Put the stuffing. Roll up into a spiral. Grease with olive oil. Let rise for 2 hours. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 Β° C / 350 Β° F.
- Garnish with tomatoes, grease with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano, basil.
