Giant fluffy focaccia: an easy recipe to try!

So fluffy and delicious! 
 
INGREDIENTS
• 3 cups flour (all-purpose)
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 tbsp butter
• 11g dry yeast
• 2 cups water
• 1 egg yolk
• sesame seeds
 
METHOD
  1. Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough. Let rise for an hour. Put the dough in the mold. Let rise for 30 minutes.
  2. Place the egg yolk on the dough and grease the surface.
  3. Form focaccia with your hands. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
