Giant chocolate ice cream: the easy way to prepare this delight

Ingredients:
3 egg whites
40 gr sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
200 ml water
500 gr sugar
1 teaspoon of citric acid or lemon juice
400 gr chocolate to melt
Directions:
Beat the egg whites until stiff with sugar, vanilla sugar and salt.
Then dissolve the sugar in water and add the citric acid or lemon. Then pour flush into the egg whites.
Then pour the mixture into a mold and cover with 1/3 of the chocolate. Thicken in the fridge and then cover the remaining part. Let solidify in the fridge and serve.
