Homemade cream cheese: how to make it with 3 ingredients!

INGREDIENTS
750ml whole fresh milk
Lemon juice
Salt

METHOD
- Pour the milk into a saucepan and cook on high heat until it boils and froths. Lower the flame, add the lemon juice and keep mixing until the milk begins to curdle. Remove the pot and strain the cheese using a kitchen cloth. Rinse with some cold water.
Squeeze out the liquid (whey) and let the cheese rest for 20 minutes. Place the cheese in a blender and mix, add a little salt and a tablespoon of the whey. - Beat again until you get a creamy consistency.
