Yogurt cookies: the recipe to prepare a crispy and delicious shortcrust pastry

Ingredients:
300 g of 00 flour
130 g of sugar
Mint (or white) yogurt
1 egg
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 pinch of salt

Directions:
In a bowl, sift the dry ingredients and then add the egg and yogurt. Mix everything up to obtain a homogeneous and smooth dough. Leave to rest for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Roll out and shape the cookies. Bake at 320°F (165°) (preheated) for 10 minutes.
